Refund Policy - the basics
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us at jewelbehappy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs will only be refunded on defective products.
